What is corossion battery???

Dear Student

Corrosion on the terminals of the battery because of hydrogen gas (H2) being released from the acid in a battery. It mixes with other things present in the atmosphere and produces the corrosion that you see on the terminals.
Generally, If it occurs on the positive side, it shows overcharging and if the corrosion occurs on the negative terminal, it shows undercharging. Generally, it is found to be on the negative side because the battery is usually in an undercharged situation.
