Anaemia is the condition in which the Red blood cells or erythrocytes are reduced in number or volume or are deficient in haemoglobin (oxygen-carrying pigment). Anaemia results when the destruction of red blood cells exceeds production, production of Red blood cells are reduced.
Anaemia is the disease caused due to the deficiency of iron in our body. The symptoms of anaemia includes fatigue, lack of energy and dizziness. Other symptoms include premature wrinkles, dull and tired looking eyes, shortness of breath on exertion, headache, palpitations and pale-looking skin.
