what is a photosynthesis why it is used and how it is used does it help for plant

Solution:

The leaves of plants contain a green pigment called chlorophyll. This pigment captures the sun’s energy, which is used to prepare food from carbon dioxide and water. The process of synthesis of food using sunlight, carbon dioxide, and water is known as photosynthesis.

If there is no photosynthesis, plants will not be able to survive. This will directly effect other organisms like herbivores and humans as they are directly or indirectly depend on plants. Secondly, the oxygen level in the atmosphere would be disturbed causing adverse effects on all organisms.
