what are the differences between ear lobe ad cartilage ? kindly dont forward any link

Dear student,

Ear lobe is the soft round part at the bottom of the external ear. It is made up of areolar and adipose tissue but does not contain cartilages. Due to large blood supply, it can keep the ears warm and balanced.

Cartilage is a strong flexible type of connective tissue which is not as hard as bone but less flexible than muscle. Upper part of our external ear contain cartilages.

Regards.

Cartilage piercing may not have gained popularity quite as early as earlobe piercing, but it isn't a new trend either. Simple cartilage piercings through the rim of the upper ear (also known as a helix piercing) have deep roots in tribal cultures like that of the African Maasai tribe.
