What are pre determined objectives

Dear Student 
Pre determined objectives means setting objectives in advance. Entrepreneurs or firm decide their objectives before they start working. It is initial stage of planning and according to these objective, other plans (strategy, policies, procedures, methods, rules, programme, budget) formulated.
