We know that point is something that have no dimensions (length, breadth and height) but then we make it on paper. How???if we draw a point to on paper it has some dimensions.

Dear Student,

In physics and mathematics, the dimension of a space or object is informally defined as the minimum number of coordinates needed to specify any point within it. Thus a line has a dimension of one because only one coordinate is needed to specify a point on it. The inside of a cube, a cylinder, or a sphere is three-dimensional because three coordinates are needed to locate a point within these spaces. Well, how many coordinates are needed to specify a point within a point? Well, the answer is none - they are perfect subsets of each other - so no coordinates are required at all. Thus, even if you draw a point anywhere, it is dimensionless and has no co-ordinates whatsoever.
