What is a honey comb
Honey combs are the compartments built by honey bees in their nests to keep their larvae, pollen and honey.
Honey comb is a mass of wax cells built by honey bees inside a bee hive. They are used to store honey and wax by the bees. Each cell of honey comb is small and hexagonal in shape. The cluster of small cells that are hexagonal in shape and separated by walls is termed as honey comb like structure. A bunch of plant cells which definite shape due to presence of cell wall is said to have honey comb like structure when observed under microscope.
