"Use of a seed drill is preferred over broadcasting"justify this statement giving 2 advantages

Advantage 1- a seed drill sows seeds at proper distances from each other while broadcasting sows them at unequal distances. This ensures that there is no competition between the plants for food, water, sunlight, minerals ,etc. 

Advantage 2- a seed drill sows seeds at proper depth. This covers the seeds by soil which ensures seeds are not eaten by the birds.

also it would not require much labour as it is drawn using a tractor .

Seed drill is preferred over Broadcasting as seed drill will sow the seeds at proper distance and also at proper depth. It will also sow manu seeds at one time wheras by Briadcasting we scatter seeds by hands randomly. Broadcating requires much labour and is very time consuming.
