8  μCSo these are the maximum allowed charge in each capacitor beyond which the capacitor will break
In series the charge is common for both capacitor
so maximum charge that is within safe limit for both=1
8 μCCeq=C1C2C1+C2⇒200 pFor, V=QCeq⇒1
8 ×10-62×10-10=9 kV
