However, given below are some tips.
 

Tense	Simple	Continuous	Perfect	Perfect Continuous
Past	verb (in past form)	was/ was+ verb in -ing form	had + verb in past participle form	had/have been + verb in -ing form
Present	verb in present form	am/ is/ are + verb in -ing form	has/ have + verb in past participle form	has / have been + verb in -ing persent form
Future	shall / will + verb	will be/ shall be + verb in -ing form	will have + verb in past participle form	shall have been + verb in -ing form
