Transportationand warehousingof chocolate

Both the transportation and warehousing of chocolates requires special care. This is because chocolates have a very low melting point. Accordingly, care must be taken that chocolates do not get destroyed before the sale takes place. So, refrigerated containers are required for the transportation of chocolates. 
Similarly, for storage and warehousing special arrangements such as cold storage are required.
