"The multi-party system often appears very messy and leads to political instability". This statement may be justified on account of following reasons:
- It is often difficult to remember names of all the parties.
- All the parties present different objectives and so create confusion among the people.
- The government formed is through coalition, which in itself is unstable and may be the cause of breaking up of the government formed.
