Put the given values,
KE = 150 J
m = 3 Kg
150 = (1/2) x 3 x v2
v = ((150 x 2) / 3)
= 10 m/s
Now, momentum
P = m x v
= 3 kg x 10 m/s
= 30 kg m/s
