State the difference between autotrophs and Saprotrophs. Give an example of each. ( In 40-60 words)

Dear student,
The difference between the autotrophs and the saprotrophs is as follows:
AUTOTROPHS SAPROTROPHS
Those organisms which can prepare their own food by the process of photosynthesis are called as autotrophs. Those organisms which cannot prepare their food and depend on dead and decaying organisms to obtain nutrition are called as heterotrophs.
They do not depend on other organisms for their nutrition. They depend on other dead and decaying organisms for their nutrition.

For example, green plants and blue green algae. For example, fungus
