Solve the following in inclusive series

The above given series is already an Inclusive series. So, we have to convert it in Exclusive series.
As, In an Exclusive series the upper limit of one class interval overlaps with the lower limit of the next class interval.
Steps of Conversion of Inclusive series in Exclusive Series:-
1) Find the difference between the upper limit of class interval and the lower limit of the next class interval, (10-9) that is 1.
2) Half of that difference is added to the upper limit of a class interval and half is subtracted from the lower of the class interval.
