Though high rise buildings and slums are both a part of the same city, there is a stark contrast between the condition and surroundings of the two. When someone visits a city, they prefer to stay close or only pass through places which are clean and beautiful. However, nobody ever tries to have a close look at the areas which are covered by slums. While the clean spaces are desired by all, the slums are a common part of every city. The life lead by people in these areas is not a happy one but their dreams and aspirations are more or less the same. Saheb voices out this difference when he says that very less number of planes fly past their area.
