1. First situation is not democratic as president cannot place his subjects in ruling government in a democratic country.
2.This situation is democratic because in democracy anyone can win or loose elections based on the number of votes that they have got.So even if he is a famous leader's son he can loose elections if people don't want him to be their leader.
