I have asked this question
I just want to verify by the experts whether my points are correct
to be included as answer Experts may also correct these
points

Minority may get suppress by the majority if
the latter tries to impose its will
Minorities at times may not get
representation in the decision making
process
Minority community may be deprived of
opportunities in terms of education, jobs
etc
Minority communities language, culture may
not not given recognition
