Q 1. Connect all three in series and then you will get equivalent resistance 9 ohm. Connect all three in parallel and then you will get equivalent resistance 0.92 ohm

Q 2. For the diagram, connect one 2 ohm resistor in series and the other 2 in parallel. Thus you will get 2+(2/2)=
2+1=3 ohm
