We observer ' second '  and  ' third '  ( From number is same ' 1 ' )  so we rotate dice in position of ' second ' to position of ' third ' as ' 4 '  comes on left side of dice , so we can say that :

2 comes opposite of 6  (  As after  rotation we get number ' 2 ' on bottom as ' 6 ' on top position of ' third '  )

From ' first and ' third '  we can see that 5  and 4  are adjacent number to 6  , So

5  comes opposite of 4

Therefore,

Only one relation is left :

1 comes opposite of 3

So,
