PQRS is a rhombus with angle PQR = 58.Determine angle PRS

Given a rhombus PQRS in which ∠PQR = 58°.

Now, rhombus is also a kind of parallelogram. 

∴ opposite angles of a rhombus are also equal.

⇒∠PSR = ∠PQR = 58°

Again, in triangle PSR, PS = RS  [All sides of a rhombus are equal]

⇒∠SPR = ∠PRS

By angle sum property of triangle, we have

∠SPR + ∠PRS + ∠PSR = 180°

⇒ 2∠PRS + 58° = 180°

⇒ 2∠PRS = 122°

⇒ ∠PRS = 61°
