Plz explain the types of budget

Dear student, 
There are three types of budget, as follows:
 

• Surplus budget: It refers to the budget wherein the estimated receipts of the government are more than the estimated expenditure. 
• Balanced budget: It refers to the budget wherein the estimated receipts of the government are more than the estimated expenditure.
• Deficit budget: It refers to the budget wherein the estimated receipts of the government are less than the estimated expenditure.
