pls exlpain me all the paragraphs of the poem THE SCHOOL BOY

 the school boy in the poem is not a happy child. all the rules nd restrictions made him feel unhappy. he wants to enjoy the summer mornings with a singing birds. he wants to enjoy the sweet company of the nature. the very thought of sitting and dreaming in a classroom makes him feel that somebody is cutting his tender wings.

in the world of rules, he is forgetting his youthful sprig, so the child is asking his parents to stop destroying his early stage of development. and give him chance to blossom with all freedom for the better fruits.
