Please solve the problem??

a) Photons are massless energy packets but neutrons has mass. In the experiment Chadwick evidently found the mass of neutrons of range of protons thus the possibility of neutrons being photons is ruled out.
b) If sum of the number of protons and neutrons in the two nuclie is same, they can have the same radius because
∵   r∝A1/3, where A is atomic mass
However , nuclear density of the two nuclei will always be the same.
