please giv me some questions for preparing a questionnaire for my bst projct on principles of managemnt..!!!!

What I understand from a “questionnaire” as a project is that a questionnaire helps to improve the existing system and would be tended towards a specific set of people who understand the prevailing system and the need for the questionnaire.

Anyways, I am giving some suggestion about the project. See if they help!!

1. Agreement about the existing principles of management?
2. Have the principles evolved with the time and development of business?
3. Which is the one prime quality a manager should have?
4. Should management be in welfare of the firm or of the employees?
5. Manager should be visionary. Implementation of rules is not all, consistency has to be maintained. In this context which policy can be best?
