Cf calculated by you is correct. However, for the median size, the formula is $\left(\frac{N}{2}\right)th term$ and N is given in question as 458 so it should be 229. The another mistake you have committed is that while calculating Median, we take the frequency corresponding to the median class so it should be 130 instead of $f_2$.
