limitations of organising ?

Organisation can be defined as identifying and grouping different activities in the organisation and bringing together the physical , financial and human resource to establish more productive relations for the achievement of specific goal of organisation.
Limitations of Organising are as follows:
1. Some times there is a conflict between various departments as the departmental heads start thinking their departments as their functional empire.
2. 
When the goal of the organisation is not achieved, it becomes very difficult to make one department accountable for non achievement of goal, as the departments are all inter related and it’s difficult to find among them.
3. 
Sometimes there is a decrease in co-ordination as departments become too large in number which results in delay in decision-making.
4. Departments are specialized in their own way. The prospects of whole Organisation are missed by the departments, which results in non achievement of the organisational goal.
