These issues can be dealt by changing once lifestyle by acquiring of these habits in oneself:

3) Maintaining mental health by yoga and meditation 
4) Avoiding use of tobacco/cigarette
5) To avoid eating uncovered food materials etc

1) National Programme for Prevention and Control of Cancer, Diabetes, Cardiovascular Diseases and Stroke (NPCDCS)
