lateral meristem meanzz wt..????? plz exlain in simple lang. .....!!!!

A meristem that is present on the lateral side of stems and roots and is responsible for the radial growth ( increase in diameter) of plants is called lateral meristem.  Vascular cambium and cork cambium are examples of lateral meristem.
