Kangaroos are confined in only one continent, i.e. Australia, which is an island. They cannot cross large water bodies to get into other continents because these oceans act as a barrier between the population of kangaroos and species of animals in other continents. This causes geographical isolation.

There is no calculation required for finding the no.of isomers of a compound. It is just the no. of types we can arrange the atoms of the compound without changing its molecular formula.
