IUPAC name of this compound:

Dear Student, 
The name of the following compound is 2,3,4-triethyl-1,1-dimethylcyclobutane. 
As you can see in the below image;
   
The parent hydrocarbon is cyclobutane with methyl (and ethyl) substitution.
From IUPAC rule, if we have only the one methyl group at the position, than ethyl will take the preference. However, because we have two substituent attached at the same position. The nomenclature is as mentioned above.
