In C4 plants mesophyll cell contains PEP carboxylase which helps in
fixation of carbon whereas in C3 plants mesophyll cells contain
Rubisco enzyme which fixes carbon Mesophyll cells contain a
majority of Rubisco enzyme in C3 Plants
