Is improvement in foreign exchange always beneficial?Give reason

An appreciation of domestic currency in terms of foreign currency is not always beneficial for the domestic economy. This is because such an appreciation will result in fall in exports of the domestic currency which, in turn, will lead to a fall in foreign currency reserves of domestic currency.
