In EBC, by angle sum property of triangleEBC+ECB+BEC=18040+x+90=180x=50Let the point where BE and AD intersect be O.In AOE, by angle sum property of triangleAEO+EAO+AOE=180°90°+30°+AOE=180°AOE=60°Since BE is a straight line,Therefore,z+AOE=180°     (Linear pair)z=180°-60°z=120°Since AD is a straight line,Therefore,z+BOD=180°          (Linear pair)BOD=180°-120°BOD=60°In BOD, by angle sum property of triangleBOD+DBO+y=180°60°+40°+y=180°y=80°
