in present tense can we use will or shall ?

Will and shall used with other verbs indicate Future time. Will and shall is present tense, the past tense of which are would and should but I don't think it can be use in present tense. It is use in future tense only.

EXAMPLE

  • Peter will take his dog for a walk tomorrow.
  • It will snow today.
  • I shall be fifty next Sunday.
  • This time tomorrow, I shall be attending classes in my college

No we can't. Because it is indicative only for the future tense which defines that a verb is going to complete in future. But in case of present tense it means that the work that we are doing.
