| Friday, August 29, 2014 9 pm Dear Diary, Today, we celebrated Ganesh chaturthi in our school with friends and teachers. Cultural activities like singing and theater performances, orchestra and community activities were organised in the school to celebrate the birthday of lord Ganesh. The beautiful pandals were erected there. They were decorated by the students with flower garlands and lights. We also made clay idols of lord Ganesh and performed the Ganesh Visarjan. At the end of the ceremony, modaks were offered as prasad. I am exhilarated and enthused to see the dedication and love for lord Ganesh. Prasann |
