the poem starts with the poet telling that there is change in that mountain region every second,i.e., it appears in new-new forms every second. He says that the earth becomes wet at times, i.e., that mountain region experiences sudden showers at times. Hence, the ponds over there becomes full. Also, the waterfalls, which fall down like pearl beads, flowing from the mountain's head keeps singing about the mountain and its beauty all the time. Also, the huge mountain adores itself, in the river that flows beneath it, with its beautiful eyes. Here, the poet has called the hundreds of beautiful flowers scattered on the mountain as it's eyes and the river as a mirror. Also, the trees on the mountain stand up high and tall, appearing as though with high hopes, and seeing the peaceful environment. Suddenly, the environment becomes misty, which makes the river as though it is on fire. Due to this, the whole situation becomes very quiet. The waterfalls stop singing. Everything becomes covered by mist that it appeares as though the shy has fallen down, but only the trees are unaffected by the mist. They still stand with their heads up and only those are seen in the whole mountain, even if the other regions are not visible. Thus, the poet concludes saying that all these changes in the mountain region is just Lord Indra's play (or) game.
