I study in AAKASH Institute and teachers told me there, and i
read In a book too, that SCIENTIFIC NAMES SHOULD NOT
CONTAIN LESS THAN THREE AND MORE THAN TWELVE LETTERS if it
so, than why "Mangifera indica" has 15 letters?? plz

No, its not like that, but yes usually long names have been
avoided according to ICBN but examples of long names still exist
such as Acanthococcus
