Dear Sir,
I would like to bring your attention to the rising deterioration of the historical monuments of our country.
Demand for urban property, along with the callous attitude of people are causing great harm to these buildings. People from all over the world come to visit these monuments, they are a tourist's delight and thus must be preserved for their historical importance and architectural excellence.
Most of these buildings are in poor condition and require repairs on urgent basis. I would request you to take some actions to preserve our history and get them repaired as soon as possible. Moreover, as it has been observed that many tourists deliberately make marks or scribble on the walls of these beautiful pieces of art and destroy their beauty. I feel guards should be employed within these buildings and such people should be caught red-handed and fined heavily. Next, we must do something collaboratively to reduce pollution in the areas near these buildings as pollution is causing them great harm. The Taj Mahal is a glaring example of this.
I am sure you will agree with my views and take some concrete steps to protect the historical structures of our country that make our country proud.
