Use this formula
No.of mole = Given mass / Molar mass
and
No.of mole = given no. of paricles / Avogadro no.
and

There are mainly 4 types of problems in mole concept.
Type 1: To find no. of moles in a given mass no. of moles=given mass/atomic or molecular mass.
Type 2: To find no. of atoms/molecules in a given mass : first the no. of moles by using the formula that we've used to solve Type 1 numericals and multiply the answer with Avagadro constant.
Type 3: To find no. atoms/molecules in a given mole :No.of atoms/molecules in a given no. of mole=No. of mole * Avogadro no.
Type 4: To find mass of an atom(s)/molecule(s) :Mass of atoms or molecules=Gram atomic or molecular mass/Avogadro number.

to find no of moles when density is given then use :- mass = density * volume
Them mass/ molar mass *1000/given volume
