How many ATP molecules are DIRECTLY synthesised in this pathway from one glucose molecule?

38 ATP....

my question is for glycolysis...how many ATP molecules are directly synthesised in glycolysis pathway for 1 glucose molecule..?????

During the process of glycolysis 4 molecules of ATP are produced while 2 molecules ATP are utilised. Thus net gain of ATP is of 2 molecules

38

We will get net 2 ATP As in first step and third step ATP is consumed and o sixth step and 9th step we get 4 net ATP so total net is 2 atp

For each glucose molecule only 2 ATP molecules are synthesised in glycolysis. If the question is "How many ATP molecules are synthesised from sucrose molecule, then it will be 4 ATP.As sucrose is a disacharide. In glycolysis, beginning if sucrose is the starting material first it breaks up in to one glucose and one fructose which will further under go glycolysis.

2 atp is correct ans as
2 ATP (UTILISED)
2* 2 ATP(PRODUCED)
= 2 ATP WITH NADH + H

  • 4
directly synthesised atp is 4,since 2 atp are used during first and third step hence net gain is 2

38 ATP.

sorry, .....ans is 2

4 ATP molecules are directly synthesized in glycolysis per 1 molecule of glucose.
  • -2
4 ATP is directly synthesised. but 2 are utilised
so net gain is 2 ATP

I done glycolysis process fully step by step.... And atlast mentioned that 2 molecules are directly synthesis in this pathway from 1 GLUCOSE molecule..... Hope u will get ur answer😊😊

Check This One and 4 are directly Synthesised bcz when Fructose 1,6 Bi phosphate converted to PGAL and DHAP and they are also interconvertible so 2PGAL and further process is done here total 2 when 1PGAL and the again 1 PGAL gives 2 thus total 4

4 ATP

In the whole process of glycolysis the 4 ATP molecules are formed and 2 NADH2 molecules are formed. But however 2 ATP molecules are utilised and 2 ATP is formed.
