How is the political system in Belgium innovative and different from other countries of the world explain any three countries of the world with three points.

1)The political system in Belgium is innovative and different from the other countries of the world in the following manner: A linguistically diverse country comprising of Dutch speaking, French speaking and the German speaking people.The political leadership recognised such differences and has modified the Constitution to accommodate diverse communities. (a.) Central government- The Constitution provides for equal representation of both Dutch and French speaking ministers in the Central government. No single group can make decisions unilaterally. Some special laws require majority support of both linguistic groups. (b. ) Presence of State governments- There is a division of power between the central and state governments, and that state governments are not subordinate to the centre. Then their is also separate government in Brussels with equal representation of both linguistic communities that is the French and dutch. (c). Community Government- There is third kind of government that is the Community government elected by the ​elected by people belonging to one language community – Dutch, French and German-speaking. The Community governemnt decides on matters related to culture, education, language etc. ●Such an arrangement is different in the following manner: (i). Belgian model provides for equal representation at the centre which is unlike, as mostly it is in proportion to the population of diverse groups. (ii). The model of separate government in Brussels is also unique. (iii. ) Community government in Belgium helps in sharing powers among different social groups not necessarily adopted by all countries. In India, for instance we have provision of reservation to represent minorities but not a separate community government
