it is not possible to construct angles which are not divisible by 7.5 degree using a compass. but you are free to use a protractor for that purpose:)

Yes, you can construct 80 degree.Don't worry it's possible. I think you have known how the 60 degree can be drawn with compass and ruler. First you have to draw 60 degree angle by compass and ruler then over the 60 degree angle you have to draw 20 by compass and ruler degee angle. Then (60+20)= 80 degree it do easy. Not only multiples of 15 but every multiple of 5 is possible to be constructed by compass..though its not extreme accurate every time
To draw 80 degree first take a line segment AB.Mark point O on AB.Then keeping compass at O draw a semicircle.Construct 60 degree and a longer 120 degree gradually.Then construct 90°.After that from 90 degree draw another arc on 120 degrees arc.That will be 60 degree.Then keeping compass once on 90 degree and once on new 60 degree draw 2 arcs and let it meet.Join the point with a line and 80 degree is ready.Its very easy.
