how can plant make food when there is rainy season and no photoperiod ?

In rainy season also plants are able to gather sunlight to perform photosynthesis. The radiation of sun can penetrate the clouds. Only the light intensity is lesser in rainy days and as a result the amount of photosynthesis also reduces but it does not stop completely.
