Here, i have a doubt in topic charging of capacitor in finding I . Accross the resistor from a to b potential difference should be Vb - Va i.e q/c- V . So why sir had return V - q/c ??

Solution
As current always flow from higher potential to lower potential. If you consider resistance terminal which potential is V as point 'a' and capacitor positive plate as point 'b' so the potential of point 'a' is higher than point 'b' to flow the current in direction a to b. And the current will be I = (higher potential - lower potential)/resistance. That's why sir has taken potential difference V-q/c not q/c-V.
