Griffin was not happy even though his labour bore fruit. Comment. (From novel -The invisible man).

Griffin was a very successful man and a man of prodigy. But his own selfishness have made his life ruin with no conclusion to his work.
Griffin with his hard work and dedication was able to discover the formula of invisibility. But he feared that his colleague may take all the credit. So he didn't shared his knowledge to the world. He tried to enjoy the invisible life of his own but in vain. He also made lot of trouble since the journey from Iping After doing all the work he last confesses to kemp that he needed a partner for his research. But It was too late as he had done all wrong deeds before his confession. The story ends with a painful death of Griffin, beaten by mine workers very badly.
So inspite of being very intelligent and having the gift of science, he was not happy.
