Flood-

1.Flood is cause due to excessive of rainfall in a place.

2.Floods can also occur in rivers when the flow rate exceeds the capacity of the river channels, particularly at bends or meanders in the waterway

Drought

2.Generally, this occurs when a region receives consistently below average precipitation

Droughts is the lack of rainfall over a period of time, giving an area a deficit in the normal amount of precipitation.

Floods is when there is too much rainfall in single or multipule rain event ththe terrain cannot manage the runoff causing the rainfall to back up into areas that normally does not have water like road, homes buildings or bridges.
