The poet asks us to remember that no one is strange and none of the countries are foreign. Though people of different countries may wear different uniforms or traditional dresses, underneath those uniforms/dresses we all are same. Irrespective of the country we live in, we all walk on the same earth and shall lie buried under it after death.
