"Fear is fear itself". comment by elucidating the statement. (50-60 words).

Solution-

William Douglas writes that Roosevelt rightly said ' All we have to fear is fear itself''. After conquering his fear of water and becoming an adept swimmer, Douglas observed that his fear was nothing and it can always be championed by hard work, determination, and courage. He said that he experienced the sensation of almost dying and the terror it can produce. Death is peaceful. The terror is only in fear of death. In reality, all of our fears are just a perception created by our minds and they can be overcome.
