Ans 1) Yes, the Principle of Equity and Order can be applied in real world. According to the Principle of Equity every employee in an organisation should be treated fairly equally. This principles calls for kindliness in the behaviour of the manager, however sometimes force can also be used to set an example for other employees. In addition, the workers should be regarded as equal grounds of religion, language, caste, etc. The organisation in today's world can follow this principle to build an amiable working environment. 

Similarly, Principle of Order focuses on right arrangement of things. Everything and everyone should be at their respective places, in short 'right people at right place and at right time'. In the real world, by following this Principle, organisations can ensure smooth carrying out of tasks without any chaos or delay in the work. 

Ans 2) Scalar Chain refers to a pre-defined, formal path of authority and communication in the order of highest to the lowest. Following a scalar chain would lead to a faster solving of problems. This is because by following a Scalar Chain, the information in the system flows in a systematic and smooth manner. Moreover, if the information is disseminated following a Scalar Chain, then no communication gaps are left and consequently chaos and delays are avoided.
